Living in the Chattanooga area, Chattanooga Whiskey Cask 111 is readily available and always at a decent price. For such a young whiskey, Chattanooga Whiskey Cask 111 is quite impressive. Most young whiskeys I have tried are typically thin and drying. Chattanooga Whiskey Cask 111 is quite the opposite. It is sweet, creamy, and full of the malty characteristic I love about Chattanooga Whiskey. If you are not a fan of the malty flavors, this one may not be for you. But when compared to other high proof bourbons from a cost perspective, this one is definitely worth a try for $45.
