Distilled by MGP in Indiana and aged by Nevada H&C Distilling Co. in the desert of Nevada, Smoke Wagon’s Uncut Unfiltered straight bourbon whiskey is a very nice pour at the retail price of $60. In my area, it’s hard to find this bottle for less than $80.
The first few sips have a slight dryness that fades on subsequent sips. Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered has a very nice buttery mouthfeel. I found this one to have some similarities to Eagle Rare, but with a more coating mouth feel due to the higher proofing. If you enjoy Eagle Rare and can find a bottle at retail price, I think it would be a nice addition to your collection.
