Stellum Bourbon is a more budget friendly option from the folks associated with Barrel Bourbon Co. It is a sourced, blended bourbon from undisclosed providers.
I found the overall flavor profile enjoyable. The proof heat that I picked up on the nose didn’t carry over as strongly on the palate and finish. The heat was still there, but not as strong as expected from the nose. This bottle has a very nice viscosity and overall mouthfeel.
Overall, I found Stellum Bourbon to be a moderate value and enjoyable and will likely keep a bottle in my collection going forward.
